Getting started with Premier Bet is easy. Simply register your details, deposit and you can start betting immediately.

Remember you will have to be aged 18 or over to bet with us.

Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the registration form with your personal details. Once submitted, you will receive a welcome email.

Log into your account, click on DEPOSIT, enter the amount you wish to deposit and choose your preferred payment option.

We currently offer three payment methods for you to deposit funds into your account; Voucher, MTN Mobile Money and Orange Mobile Money.

Firstly, you need to buy your Premier Bet Voucher from one of our Premier Bet agents. You can find them in one of our Premier Bet shops or in the street. You have 30 days to make your voucher deposit as per the validity date mentioned on the ticket.

• To make your deposit log into your Premier Bet account.
• Click on DEPOSIT, enter the deposit amount and click on the Voucher option.
• You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in.
• Click Proceed to Payment.
• You can now enter your Premier Bet Voucher code and click on SUBMIT.

After your Premier Voucher code is successfully validated, the money is credited to your account and you can bet immediately.

To make a deposit into your account via MTN Mobile money please follow the below instructions:

• Log in to your Premier Bet account.
• Click on DEPOSIT, enter your deposit amount and click on the MTN Mobile Money option.
• You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in.
• Click Proceed to Payment.
• If you have added your MTN mobile number/account during the registration process, your number will be displayed in the Phone Numbers field. Alternatively you can enter your mobile number in the New Phone field and click SUBMIT.

There will be a security check with your MTN mobile number in the background. If this is successful, the money is credited to your account and you can bet immediately.

To make a deposit into your account via Orange Mobile money please follow the below instructions:

• Login to your Premier Bet account.
• Click on DEPOSIT, enter your deposit amount and click on the Orange Mobile Money option.
• You will be presented with any active bonuses you have qualified for and you are required to click to accept any active bonus you would like to participate in.
• Click Proceed to payment.
• You will then be redirected to an Orange web payment page, enter your Orange mobile number into the Phone Number field and enter a generated One Time Password (OTP) code into the Payment code field.

To generate your OTP code:

You need to access to your Orange Money USSD menu/platform by dialling #150*4*4#

You will be required to validate the OTP request with your secret code.

Orange will generate and send your OTP code via SMS.

Back on Premier Bet confirm your payment. If successful, the money is credited to your account and you can bet immediately.

Please remember the Orange payment method is only available for deposits and you will have to use either Voucher or MTN payment method to withdraw any winnings.

Login to your account, Click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw and select the Payment Account you wish to withdraw back to using the drop down menu.

We currently have two methods of withdrawal, Voucher and MTN Mobile Money.

Once you have made a withdrawal request, we will process this request as quickly as possible.

Please note you are required to withdraw the same amount deposited via each method, for example: If you deposit 1000 XAF by Voucher you will be required to withdraw 1000 XAF by Voucher before being given the option of withdrawing via MTN Mobile Money.

Login to your Premier Bet account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw and select the voucher option from the Payment Account drop down menu.

Click on Withdraw.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed, your Voucher code can be found on the My Profile/Financial page. You will need to show the Voucher code in one of our Premier Bet agencies/kiosks to receive the cash.

Once generated a withdrawal voucher code has a to be used within 7 days, you will not be able to get your funds after 7 days has passed. If you have not deposited via Voucher you must first withdraw the amount deposited via MTN Mobile Money before the option will become available.

Login to your Premier Bet account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw and select the MTN option from the Payment Account drop down menu.

Click on Withdraw.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via the My Profile/Financial page.

Please note that if you have not deposited via MTN Mobile Money you must first withdraw the amount deposited via Voucher before the option will become available.

Withdrawal requests can be declined if our T&C's are not met. Please ensure you have met the following criteria:

• Place only one withdrawal request for the full amount
• Bonus conditions have been met: You have to complete the wagering requirements of bonuses you receive before being allowed to withdraw.
• Deposit/Withdrawal method mismatch: Please use same withdrawal method as the one used for your last deposit
• No bet placed with last deposit: We are not a bank and all (100%) funds deposited have to be played through

Customers not respecting our conditions on several occasions will see their account permanently closed, funds remaining in the account will be lost and the customer could face further penalties

Any winnings are automatically credited to your online account upon settlement of the event.

If a match is cancelled all bets are void and stake returned to your account.

A postponed match is void unless it is rescheduled and played within 24 hours of the original start time and this is confirmed within 12 hours of the original start time.

Where a void match is included in an accumulator, the bet will be settled on the remaining valid selections

You can view your bet history, within the "HISTORY" button located in the Betslip to the right hand side of the page.

Select the dates and click on a specific bet to see details of the games selected. You can search bet in your history by status and/or type.

If you have forgotten your username or password. Click on the Forgot Password padlock icon within the password field at the top right hand side of a page.

Enter the email address registered upon creation of your account and click RESET PASSWORD. You will receive an email with a password reset URL from us shortly thereafter. Click on the reset password URL and follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password.

If you simply want to change your password you can do so within the Account > Personal info page once logged in.

1 indicates a home team win or the first team listed

X indicates a draw

2 indicates an away team win or the second team listed

An accumulator is a bet on two or more selections all of which must win to get a return. You can select up to 40 games on your betslip.

In order to unlock the 300% deposit bonus you need to meet conditions listed in Terms and Conditions tab.

When you place a bet funds are firstly taken from "Withdrawable" wallet followed by the "Bonus" wallet.

Example:

Withdrawable wallet = 1,000 XAF

Bonus wallet = 3,000 XAF

You place a bet of 2,000 XAF at odds of 2.0

1,000 XAF will be taken from the "Withdrawable" wallet

1,000 XAF from the "Bonus" wallet

If your bet wins odds will respectively multiply the stake amount taken from each part.

1,000 XAF x 2 will be credited to the "withdrawable" wallet

1,000 XAF x 2 will be credited to the "bonus" wallet

Your new balance following the above settlement will be 6,000 XAF

2,000 XAF in the "Withdrawable"wallet

4,000 XAF in the "Bonus" wallet (2,000 won + 2,000 not used for the previous bet)

Wagering requirements can be viewed at anytime from the account, "Bonuses" tab. Once the wagering requirement is complete bonus funds will be unlocked.

Bonus funds you have wagered will be first transferred into the "Unlocking" section if you still have pending bets. Once these bets have been settled funds will be unlocked and withdrawable.
